Buckinghamshire County Council to present at SAP TechEd
We are delighted to announce that Buckinghamshire County Council will be presenting their FLM project at SAP TechEd Berlin.
Buckinghamshire County Council administers strategic local government services in the County of Buckinghamshire, in the South East Centre of England, serving a population of approximately 500,000. The Council provides many local government services including social services, education, libraries and public roads as well as the Shared Service functions at the HQ (IT, HR, Finance) to support all resident-facing services.
The introduction of SAP eforms enabled the elimination of paper flows between 200 schools (approx 12,000 staff) across the County and Service functions at the centre (approx. 4,000 staff). Data is validated on input ensuring all forms are fully completed and errors eliminated, benefitting users and the Centre. This allowed Payroll cut-off dates to be later so many more payments are made on time. The system is supported by the Buckinghamshire SAP Support Team (A Certified SAP Centre of Expertise).
