Northwestern Energy chooses Varo for SAP web forms

NorthWestern Energy has implemented HTML forms using Varo, to provide a better user experience for a range of Manager Self-Service processes.

Working hand-in-hand with Arch, NorthWestern Energy has delivered new e-form processes to replace the previous forms, based on SAP Interactive Forms by Adobe. The new forms work on any browser, are fast to launch and provide a great new user experience.

NorthWestern Energy owns and operates a diverse generation fleet of wind, water, natural gas and coal-fired power stations, and the high-voltage transmission system and distribution system that delivers electricity to more than 416,100 customers. It has worked with Arch since 2012.
