Barnsley MBC goes live with Varo HTML forms

Arch has delivered a number of HTML HR and Payroll forms processes for Barnsley Metropolitan Borough Council, replacing the previous forms which were based on SAP Interactive Forms by Adobe. Processes migrated include..New Starters, Movers, Leavers, Changes to Contractual Terms, Absence Reporting, and Expenses and Mileage Claims. The new forms work on any browser, are fast to launch and provide a great new user experience, which was a key driver for the Council’s decision to move to HTML.

Barnsley Metropolitan Borough Council is a local government organisation in Yorkshire, England, responsible for the provision of council services to around 250,000 residents in the town of Barnsley and the surrounding area. The key services include waste removal, recycling, planning, education, housing, roads and social care. It has been using Arch Varo (formally FLM) to deliver and manage eforms processes since 2010.
