Epredia, a global leader in precision cancer diagnostics, has successfully transformed its billing and sales documentation processes using Arch’s platform, delivering greater flexibility, reduced risk, and significantly faster change delivery across its international operations.
Operating across 94 countries, Epredia faced increasing complexity in managing commercial invoices and customer documentation. A single static template, supported by over 1,300 configuration entries and hundreds of testing scenarios, made even simple changes time-consuming and high-risk.
Working with Arch, Epredia implemented Varo and Floe to redesign its output processes. The result is a more dynamic, region-specific approach to document generation, enabling the business to respond quickly to new requirements while maintaining control and consistency across global operations.

Documentation has been simplified, reducing lengthy multi-page outputs to concise, customer-friendly formats, while testing effort has been significantly reduced.
