Arch Turns 18
Next month will see the 18th anniversary of the founding of Arch Consulting.
Arch began life in December 1996, founded by Chris Scott and Andy Gardner, then both working for Andersen Consulting. Originally specialising in SAP R/3 integration in the supply chain, Arch quickly became a home for a small team of experts.
“We spent our time fixing customers’ SAP systems after the larger Systems Integrators had finished their projects and moved on.” said Chris Scott. “We saw process gaps, usability issues and the opportunity for automation everywhere. We began to focus on making SAP easier, and really that’s still what we are doing today.”
“Like any teenager Arch has had its growing pains, moments of great achievement and been a worry for its parents from time to time!” said Henry Blythe, CEO. “It is great to see that Arch has matured. We are tremendously excited about the next phase of its life.”
