Salford City Council goes live with Varo and Floe

Salford City Council is the local authority of the City of Salford, in Greater Manchester, England. It is a metropolitan district council, and provides the majority of local government services to approximately 245,000 Salford residents. Its responsibilities include schools, social services, planning, refuse collection & recycling, and leisure.

Arch has implemented Varo HTML e-forms, fully integrated with Floe HTML emails, to automate a series of high volume employee change processes which enables Council managers, school administrators and external payroll services customers to self-serve. The processes save time and effort for both managers and Employee Services, whilst ensuring timely updates of quality data to SAP and generating automated, recipient specific notifications to all relevant parties.
