Aquiller Technology
Aquiller is an out-of-the-box document and contract generation system that is completely integrated with SAP. Based on award-winning technology from Arch, it offers a simple, intelligent and cost effective solution for improving the efficiency of HR operations.
Solution Architecture
Aquiller is delivered as an SAP Add-On that is installed on the WebAS ABAP, together with a client-side Adobe Air application.
From an administrative and installation perspective, Aquiller installs quickly using standard SAP tools and ships with standard connectors to SAP’s HCM system, minimizing any customization requirements.
Typical installation and technical training activities are completed within a few days, so organizations can be up and running with Aquiller quickly and cost-effectively.
Server Requirements
Aquiller runs on any SAP NetWeaver 700 system. The minimum Support Pack is SP15 and the software is built at Service Pack 24 (NW2004s). It is recommended that both ABAP and Java stacks be at the same Support Pack and are patched to the latest available before the installation process is started.
In order for Aquiller to render PDFs the ADS component must be configured. This component is delivered as part of the standard NW7.0 Java Stack. Note that for non-interactive forms the ADS Credential is not required.
Client Requirements
Content authors require Adobe Reader and Adobe Air to be installed. If Adobe Air is not installed, it will automatically be installed as part of the Aquiller installation. Correspondence recipients simply require Adobe Reader.

- Supports PC and Mac access using MS Windows (XP SP2+) and Mac (OSX 10.4.9+)
- Minimum system requirements: 2Gb RAM
- Pentium 4+ CPU (Mac: Intel Core Duo+)
