Phase 1: Discovery
During the initial phase we perform various reviews that are critical to ensure the success of the subsequent phases.
This includes a technical readiness assessment, during which we review your SAP landscape to determine whether there are any constraints, or whether additional SAP support packages will be required.
We will perform an analysis of the current PDF forms. In many situations, organisations do not fully understand all the logic running in their existing e-forms. Our experts will reverse-engineer those form templates to understand the current business logic. This helps us to prepare detailed questions for the design phase.
We will also review the key business drivers, to determine the core deliverables that will ensure project success.

Phase 2: Design
PDF forms support functionality that Fiori does not easily lend itself to; functionality such as printing, archiving, digital signatures and offline working. Fiori offers a different set of benefits, such as mobile working, browser-based UX and deployment in the cloud. We expect that a degree of business process change is required, as a like-for-like replacement is not appropriate.
With Fiori we don’t simply deliver apps to replace e-forms; we can include dashboards and analytics, so that alongside apps for data capture we can better manage the process. So we don’t simply run blueprinting workshops or base the new design on the existing solution. Instead, we begin the design process with education sessions to explore the art of the possible.
Then we facilitate design workshops, focusing on the process design and on the UX design. Here we use design-thinking techniques, including the definition of personas, storyboarding and prototyping where we think they add most value to the design process.
Our process design workshops cover the end-to-end business process, including process triggers, notifications, approval processes and system updates. We explore new ways of working, introducing overview screens, and how to get the best use of the available technology.
The result will be a mock-up or prototype of the new app, along with detailed business blueprint for the new solution.
At the end of the design phase we will be able to provide a fixed-price for the delivery phase.
Phase 3: Delivery
The delivery phase includes the normal project detailed design, development and testing activities. The solution will be built using Stelo, the framework for Fiori processes.
In addition to this, Arch assists in the creation of a change management plan and provides technical knowledge transfer of the delivered solution, in order to ensure ongoing self-sufficiency for future enhancements and changes.
