An internationally-experienced software sales and marketing executive, Henry has primary responsibility for strategy, leadership and business development. Henry has held senior commercial roles within both IBM and SAP, and brings to bear his knowledge of how our key partner, SAP, operates, as well as the big Systems Integrator partners such as IBM. He has worked as a director with Arch since 2002 and has been influential in developing the business as well as developing the key relationship with SAP. Henry is based in the London office.
Chris has been building SAP-based solutions since 1994, firstly with Andersen Consulting and then with Arch after founding the company in 1996. Chris has extensive experience of working with clients and partners across a wide range of industries, bringing together his deep functional and technical knowledge of SAP’s business suite and Arch’s solutions. Within Arch, Chris has designed and managed many different functions including sales, marketing, accounting, operations and business solutions. His focus is building great teams, great processes and great customer solutions.
Sam is the Solution Architect for our customer projects, and has expertise across SAP technologies. He has wide-ranging functional expertise and deep technical skills. He is responsible for our customer support function.
Mitch is responsible for all internal operations within Arch. This includes internal processes such as technical support, office management, legal management and finance & accounting. Mitch has been Arch’s support manager for many years and has expertise in SAP Basis that we often call on.
Jaffer has been at the forefront of Arch’s product development for many years and was the Solution Architect for Aquiller, Stelo and Stelo Tile Builder. He is leading our investment in SAP Cloud Platform technologies, Internet of Things and Robotics Process Automation.
Jayne has developed a considerable wealth of experience in SAP throughout her career, and has worked for Arch in a number of consulting and project manager roles since 2006. Jayne has been instrumental in managing and developing a number of our key accounts and manages the consulting team, currently the biggest team in the organization. In addition to her SAP skills Jayne is also a Chartered Accountant. She is based in London.
