Arch Document Cloud
The Arch Document Cloud is a service offering through which organisations can use a cloud-based infrastructure to manage their eform and document processes. Using the Arch Document Cloud, customers can realise the benefit of Arch’s product suite with little impact to on premise systems.
The Arch Document Cloud is available on a subscription basis and provides the flexibility to increase or decrease use of the service. The deployment is fast and the integration with SAP systems is easy, making the service a cost-effective way to deliver process improvements. Information is secure and private, delivering a safe and low-risk capability to deliver process automation for any business process.
Deployment Options
There are three deployment options:
Fully-managed
In the fully-managed option, Arch provides an end-to-end service of designing, building, hosting and maintaining your adaptive document processes. Arch will work with your team to integrate the cloud-based process into your on premise systems, providing a development / test and production landscape in order for you to test and manage any changes.
Platform
In the platform option, Arch provides all the infrastructure and software required to build and deliver adaptive document processes in a private cloud. Additionally Arch can provide training and consulting services to ensure that you have the required skills to design and maintain your own solutions using the Arch Adaptive Documents Platform.
Partner-managed
For those organisations who already have a partner-managed cloud, Arch can provide the software as a service in order for the partner to run it as part of their delivered solution. Arch is happy to work with our customers’ partners, delivering training and consulting to enable them to provide a first-rate service.
End-to-end processes
Arch provides a framework for the delivery of document processes, including solutions for Intelligent Data Capture and Dynamic Document Generation.
