Arch provides the training and knowledge required to leverage your investment in SAP and Arch software solutions. Our broad curriculum offers value-added training for the beginner right through to the expert consultant.
We make our training relevant through hands-on design and real-life case studies. Within only a few days, you and your team could have the skills and knowledge needed to improve the efficiency and usability of SAP forms and correspondence in your business.
Training Delivery
Arch provides training for our customers in a number of ways:
- Courses are delivered in our London office. Our training rooms accommodate small groups of learners in an environment designed to encourage sharing of technical knowledge and business practice.
- For customers who prefer not to travel, our courses are offered in a Virtual Classroom, using interactive online screen and audio sharing technology. Course times are flexible, to ensure we provide a learning environment that meets the global time zones of our clients.
- On-site training for organizations where the course content can be tailored to specific projects or requirements.
- Advanced courses are offered in a modular or short-course format for those who wish to gain in-depth knowledge in a specific area.
Curriculum
Our course curriculum offers training that steps the learner through building up skills and knowledge. Courses are provided for those new to our products and continue with advanced courses for those embarking on more challenging projects.
Business case preparation, project management, technical implementation, business solution development and best-practice are covered within the curriculum.
Students who have attended training with Arch can continue their learning through access to Arch Support and our online learning resources.

Stelo
Stelo Overview
Stelo Overview is a 1-day course to introduce Stelo. The course includes basic Stelo concepts, types of app, when to use Stelo and how to build Fiori apps with Stelo. This is an interactive classroom-based course, which provides a broad introduction to Stelo, suitable for project managers, consultants and developers.
Stelo Fundamentals
The Stelo Fundamentals course is a 3-day hands-on workshop for developers, covering all the steps required to build custom SAP Fiori apps with Stelo. Knowledge of ABAP, SAPUI5 and SAP Web IDE is a pre-requisite.
Stelo Conversion
The Stelo Conversion course is a 2-day hands-on workshop for developers already skilled in Varo configuration. The course introduces Stelo and covers the steps required to convert Varo e-forms to Fiori apps.
Varo
Varo Fundamentals
The Varo Fundamentals training course teaches those new to Varo how to create SAP e-forms for use on desktop and mobile devices. Expertise in ABAP is essential, and knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScrip is highly desirable. The course is run over 3-days as a hands-on workshop.
Varo HTML Conversion
The Varo HTML Conversion course is aimed at developers who are already proficient in creating PDF e-forms using Varo/FLM and wish to create new HTML forms or migrate existing forms to HTML. This is a hands-on workshop run over 1.5 days.
Varo Advanced Techniques
A series of ½ day training modules for developers responsible for integrating Varo forms into complex scenarios using advanced functionality and business logic. Previous completion of the Varo Fundamentals course is a pre-requisite. Modules run independently of each other and so may be attended as required.
Varo for Project Leaders
The Varo for Project Leaders course is designed to deliver key planning and management skills before starting an SAP e-forms project. This 5-hour workshop should be attended by those preparing for a Varo implementation, before developing additional e-forms or reviewing existing forms and business processes.
Floe
Floe Configuration
Floe Configuration is available through the Floe Configuration Guide, available free on Arch Support.
Additional training is available by arrangement as consulting services.
Aquiller
Aquiller Configuration
This course is designed to teach IT teams to configure Aquiller to mirror organizational requirements. Through hands-on exercises, we focus on the development of function modules used in creating letter content and templates. The course includes the configuration of all Aquiller tables in SAP.
Aquiller Author
This course is designed to teach HR and IT professionals to create employee correspondence and letters using Aquiller. Through examples and exercises, you will learn to design and create content and letter templates. You will also gain an understanding of how Aquiller is configured in SAP. The course covers all four Aquiller modules including Content Builder, Letter Assembler and Letter Writer and Letterbox.
Aquiller Dispatcher
The Aquiller Dispatcher course covers the Aquiller Letter Writer module and will show you how to select and send correspondence to employees. This course forms the final module of the Aquiller Author course and highlights the content and template setup required to create Aquiller letter templates. The course is designed to provide an overview of the complete process flow when creating and distributing letters and emails.
