    Course fees are due immediately on issue of invoice.
    Course places are reserved when the fee is received.
    Course fees will be refundable if the cancellation is made 30 days or more before the course date.
    50% of the course fee will be charged for cancellations between 30 and 15 days before the course date.
    No refund will be made where notice of cancellation is received up to 15 days before the course date.
    Arch reserves the right to cancel or postpone the course.
