Arch has provided SAP consulting services since 1997, specializing in improving the SAP user interface since 2003. We have a deep knowledge of SAP technology and functionality, and appreciate our customers’ needs quickly.

We provide everything from small consulting engagements to design a new custom process, to large-scale SAP S/4 HANA implementation projects.

Arch consultants helped Apple launch the iPod; we helped NEC centralize European warehouse operations; we helped Camelot re-organise its UK operation. We have worked with companies as diverse as AstraZeneca, Avis, Daimler, DX, E.On, General Electric, HMRC, Informa, Memorex, Pernod and Total.
We typically engage on smaller projects than the large Systems Integrators undertake, but seek to deliver a better service. As a small team of experts, our consultants have seen it all, and can offer considered advice and informed opinion. Our customers retain overall project control and engage with us to deliver expert advice and SAP consulting.
When we deliver consulting in our own products this always involves a degree of process design, and we use methodologies that have stood the test of time to unearth and capture business requirements, define new processes and define supporting SAP developments. Project Management & Delivery
Arch can take responsibility for the delivery of the entire project, providing all resources from blueprinting, design, develop, testing and roll-out support. This typically involves a mix of on-site and remote work, with all development being undertaken remotely. Following solution delivery, we plan for a period of knowledge transfer.
Cross-train
When implementing our own products our normal approach is to work closely with our customers, provide training and knowledge transfer, assisting them through development in early project stages, and reducing our involvement over time. Using this approach we have enabled customers to become quickly self-reliant.
Supplement your team
Arch can provide expert resources on short-term arrangements to supplement our customers’ internal resources.
Work with your solution partner
Sometimes our customers have embedded systems integration partners who have deep knowledge of the customer’s systems and SAP configuration, and so Arch takes a role to enable the customer’s chosen partner for form development and future support.
