Automated HR correspondence with approval in Teams

Using Looply you can extend any SAP approval process into Microsoft Teams, and that includes Aquiller employee letters.

The integration is super-easy, and data determined for the Aquiller process is available to be displayed within the Teams card.

The final letter can be previewed too, and so the entire approval process can take place without leaving Teams: there is no need to use a separate Inbox application.
