Transform Internal Communications with Active Notifications

Transform Internal Communications with Active Notifications

How do you receive process notifications?  Email? SMS? Mobile apps?

When we are sent process notifications, we don’t always see them straight away; we tend to see them when we check for them.

Notification messages, however they arrive, are static: A process notification from a week ago tells you about the status of that process a week ago.

In general it’s just another email to delete.

And if you are looking through a list of notifications to find the status of something, there is a real danger you might be looking at old data.

In a fast-moving world, any static notification message can be out of data minutes after it is sent, and hours before it is read.

Active notifications are presented through Teams chat, and critically can be updated after they have been sent. This means that they never contain out-dated information, and managers can trust that the information they see is accurate.  This means they could include KPI information so that it is always at your fingertips.

Active notifications can not only get updated automatically, but can also disappear automatically too, so time-critical notifications don’t need to hang around long enough to be redundant.

Active Notifications are made possible by Looply. With Looply, notifications are sent using Microsoft Adaptive Cards which can be updated using background jobs or events triggered inside SAP S/4HANA / ECC / Business Suite.

It is part of a movement to bring work to users inside Teams – where, in many cases, they are already.  There is no longer any need to send internal email notifications: Email becomes a tool for external communication only.

Trust Looply to bring notifications – ACTIVE notifications – into Teams, to transform your internal communication.
