Wiltshire Council goes live with Varo for SAP HR e-forms

Wiltshire Council is a unitary council providing local government services to approximately 470,000 residents, and delivers payroll services to around 250 education establishments.

Arch has supported Wiltshire Council to implement a suite of Varo HTML e-forms; these have been fully integrated into their SAP environment to automate high volume employee lifecycle processes, including starters, leavers, changes and claims processing.

Even when the project encountered technical challenges, the Arch team worked collaboratively with Council staff to provide professional consultancy services, bringing real expertise in problem resolution and developing the Council’s own capabilities.

The Council has successfully completed a pilot rollout to managers and school administrators, allowing new groups of customers to self-serve processes which, previously, would have required manual intervention and duplication of effort.

Varo is already starting to deliver on its promises, saving time and effort, improving efficiency and reducing errors.
